At Oasis Academy Enfield, we aim to help our students grow into well-rounded young adults who understand their character and play active roles in their communities. Our Personal Development curriculum is designed to align with the Oasis Ethos, Oasis 9 Habits, and Character Curriculum, ensuring students thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. We meet the statutory requirements for Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), Citizenship, and Careers Education, while also tailoring our program to address the specific needs of our students through local PHE data.

Our curriculum helps students develop socially, emotionally, culturally, physically, and spiritually, equipping them for fulfilling lives and careers. They will gain self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and social literacy, enabling them to better understand who they are, how they are developing, and how to reach their full potential.

By fostering a strong sense of identity, students will be able to confidently navigate their place in society and work toward achieving their future aspirations. They will become articulate, informed citizens, capable of debating moral, social, cultural, and political issues. Our program also emphasizes the fundamental British Values that underpin various subjects across the curriculum.

Through our connection with Oasis Hubs, locally and nationally students learn the importance of inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and challenge discrimination, ensuring they contribute positively to an inclusive and just society.
