Mental Wellbeing

What do you do if you’re having a really tough day and don’t know what you’re meant to do about it? What if you have so much going on in your head it’s really hard to focus, or something has happened that’s playing on your mind? Where do you go if you really need to talk to someone?

Good2Talk is a space where you can come and receive help.

If you email good2talk@oasisenfield.org then the school counsellor or other staff who’ve received Good2Talk training will be able to spend some time with you at break or lunch to help with whatever is going on.

We may not be able to see you that day, but we will try our best to see you that week.

Kooth is a safe, free, confidential and anonymous mental health and emotional well-being platform for 11-to-18-year olds, accessible through any connected device.

Commissioned by the NHS, Local Authorities, charities and businesses, Kooth provides personalised mental health support, helping to reduce wait times for young people seeking help while removing the stigma associated with accessing help.

Kooth provides an out of office hours service which is open 7 days per week, 365 days a year from noon until 10 pm weekdays and from 6 pm until 10 pm on Saturday and Sundays, with reduced cover Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Bank Holidays. Kooth provides moderated, scheduled forums to facilitate peer-led support and self-help articles (many written by service users) to provide self-help support.
