At Oasis Academy Enfield, our Enrichment Program is designed to offer students the chance to engage in diverse and inspiring activities beyond the classroom, helping them discover new interests, refine their skills, and develop as well-rounded individuals.

Our vision for the Enrichment Program is to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where every student is empowered to explore their passions, expand their horizons, and unlock their full potential. As part of this vision, all students in Years 7 and 8 take part in a structured Enrichment Program that includes critical thinking, arts, and sports. This ensures that every student in these year groups has the opportunity to build essential life skills, engage in physical activity, and explore their creative talents.

For our older students, the program offers a wider range of activities that cater to a broad spectrum of interests. Whether it’s learning or mastering a new language, developing leadership skills, taking part in team sports, or contributing to community service, there is something for everyone. A full table of the enrichment activities we offer is available to help students and parents explore the options and find the right fit.

By participating in these enrichment activities, students are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and develop key skills that will support their academic and personal growth.
