Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

Principal's Welcome

At Oasis Academy Enfield, our fervent aim is to ensure all students have a rich, rewarding and enjoyable experience at the Academy. To this end, we place great emphasis on our culture and ethos so students are clear about our expectations, are well supported, and achieve well.

The curriculum we offer not only provides students with the necessary breadth and depth to achieve academic success, but also a wide range of enrichment opportunities to broaden their horizons and raise aspirations.

We are totally committed to providing the very best education provision for our students. Teachers and staff have a genuine desire to see that every student fulfils their potential and develops the character and attitude they will need to be successful beyond their school years. Working in close partnership with parents, we want our students to be fully equipped to face an ever changing world of work bringing their own unique gifts and talents that will contribute to a stronger community and better society for us all.

Oasis Community Learning was established as a multi-Academy Trust in 2004 with the vision to create “Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community”.

Choosing a school for your child is a very important decision.  We fully understand the trust placed in us by parents and carers who choose an Oasis Academy for their children.

Everything we do is centred on the Oasis ethos:

  • A passion to include everyone
  • A desire to treat everyone equally, respecting differences
  • A commitment to healthy and open relationships
  • A deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed
  • A sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul

We have an unwavering belief in inclusion. This means that every student should have the opportunity to realise and reach their potential, regardless of their background. The Oasis Circle of Inclusion, which appears throughout the Academy and on our blazer badge, symbolises this belief.

We provide a very good education for all our children.  We have high expectations and want our students to have high aspirations and to be the best they can be.  We encourage our students to develop independent learning skills that will enable them to be successful in school, university and work. Our expectations of student behaviour ensures that all  can learn in a safe environment without disruption.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our Academies.  Together we can ensure that your son or daughter gets the best possible start to his or her life.
