We are seeking to recruit a part-time (3 days per week) Volunteer Hub Co-ordinator to be based in the Enfield Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and co-ordinating the volunteering programme, supporting Oasis Academy Enfield and Oasis Academy Hadley.
The candidate will be responsible for actively promoting and profiling volunteering opportunities in the Oasis Hub in order to maximise the recruitment of volunteers aged 16-25. This is a fantastic opportunity to actively engage with young people, encouraging and supporting them in their volunteering experience, whilst working closely with Academy staff.
Experience of working with, in addition to, leading young volunteers is essential as well as excellent communication and inter-personal skills. The successful candidate will have developed pastoral skills, an understanding of youth participation and proven experience of people management.
